Overnight Owner Services and Flight Support Representative

Position Overview

The Owner Services and Flight Support Representative provides support for aircraft owners and flight operations. This role is responsible for logging communications and operational updates and focuses on monitoring trips, providing exceptional customer service support to aircraft owners and passengers, and assisting operational teams with flight monitoring and trip coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Owner Support

· Serve as the point of contact for aircraft owners and passengers.

· Respond to incoming calls, emails, and trip-related inquiries during all hours.

· Maintain accurate records of owner requests and service issues.

· Escalate urgent operational or service issues to on-call operations personnel when necessary.


Trip Monitoring & Flight Following

· Monitor active flights and scheduled departures using flight tracking systems and document relevant updates.

· Notify appropriate personnel of delays, diversions, or irregular operations.

· Maintain accurate trip notes and update owner records in company operations systems.

Qualifications

Required

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to remain organized and attentive during overnight shifts.

· Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn aviation scheduling or flight tracking systems.
Preferred

· Interest in corporate aviation or charter flight operations.

· Prior experience in customer service, call center support, hospitality, or operations coordination.

· Familiarity with aviation terminology or flight tracking systems.
