We are hiring a high-performing Inbound Sales Virtual Assistant to handle leads who inquire about our services. Your primary responsibility is to respond quickly, communicate professionally, follow up consistently, and convert interested leads into paying customers.
This role requires someone who is confident speaking with US clients, highly organized with follow-ups, and comfortable working inside GoHighLevel to manage leads and communication.
If you are not confident on the phone, struggle with English communication, or cannot follow up with leads consistently, this role will not be a good fit.
Required Qualifications
-Fluent English with a neutral accent
-Strong verbal communication skills with US clients
-Experience in sales, inbound sales, or appointment setting
-Proficient in GoHighLevel (CRM experience required)
-Strong follow-up discipline and organization
-Ability to work independently and take ownership of leads
-Available during US business hours
-Reliable high-speed internet and professional work environment
