Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Calling + SMS) – Long Term Role

We are a U.S. real estate investment company that buys properties directly from homeowners.

We are looking for one reliable long-term tea ---------- mber who can help generate motivated seller leads through cold calling and SMS conversations.

This is not a short-term project. We want someone who wants to grow with our company long term.

Your Responsibilities

• Cold call property owners in the United States
• Identify motivated sellers
• Respond to SMS messages from homeowners
• Build rapport with sellers and ask the right questions
• Identify seller motivation, timeline, condition, and price
• Enter clear notes into our CRM
• Tag leads correctly for acquisitions

Your job is simple: find motivated sellers.

Daily Expectations

• 200–300 calls per day
• Respond to SMS conversations
• Identify motivated sellers
• Proper CRM notes and tagging
• Consistent follow-up

We track numbers and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong spoken English
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Friendly, confident phone presence
• Cold calling experience preferred
• Must work US Eastern Time hours

You must be comfortable using:

• Hubstaff time tracking (screenshots enabled)
• CRM for lead notes
• Dialer for cold calling
• SMS messaging platforms

Must have:

• Stable wired internet
• Quiet workspace

You must also be comfortable working in a virtual office environment with your camera on during work hours.

Compensation

Starting pay: $4–$5 per hour

After 30 days performance review, pay increase possible based on performance.

Bonuses paid for strong performance and lead production.
