US Senior Accountant

I am looking for a tech-savvy, detail-obsessed Senior Accountant to support me — mainly in the trades and construction industries.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong U.S. accounting background, a QBO ProAdvisor certification, and experience managing multiple client accounts. If you love spreadsheets, job costing, and solving problems before they become issues — this is for you.

You’ll Succeed If You Have:

5+ years of accounting experience
1+ year of US Accounting background
1+ year of QuickBooks Online experience
QBO ProAdvisor certification (preferred)
Strong understanding of GAAP
Experience working remotely with U.S. clients
Confidence juggling multiple client accounts
Great communication and client service skills
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Bonus: Experience in the home services or construction industries
