*** What You’ll Be Doing (No Two Days Will Be the Same) ***
Managing client onboarding (setting up Domain and email, GoHighLevel, Google Drive folders, etc.)
Updating status of tasks in ClickUp
Posting, editing, and refreshing Facebook & Instagram ads
Giving daily updates in Slack
Updating and organizing client dashboards & internal trackers (Google Sheets)
Following SOPs and helping build new ones
Doing whatever it takes to free up the founder’s time

*** Requirements ***
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Great at following SOPs and taking initiative when none exist
Knows their way around Google Drive, Slack, Loom, Google Calendar, Meta Ads (basic)
Quick learner, fast executor — no hand-holding needed
Hungry to grow inside a fast-moving team
Experience with agencies or online businesses a bonus
