Strategic Executive Assistant to U.S. Founder

Remote – Philippines | Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST | Long-Term Growth Role

This is not a typical VA job.
You will work directly with a U.S.-based founder in the safety and construction industry. This is a strategic support role — not a task list. Our current Sales Associate started in this exact seat and grew into a larger position. We promote from within.

What You'll Do
Manage and prioritize the founder's inbox. Ensure customers are acknowledged within 4 hours (goal: 1 hour). Protect the calendar from low-value meetings. Track follow-ups in HubSpot CRM. Coordinate across the team. Capture ideas and turn them into structured action steps. Run weekly planning support.
You will not wait for instructions. You will think ahead.

Work Structure
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST. Major Philippine holidays respected. U.S. holidays may be catch-up days. Professional appearance required for video calls. Results matter more than clock-watching.

Growth Path
This role can expand into operations, sales coordination, or strategic management. Performance is noticed and rewarded.
