Sales Development Representative

Leapify is building the AI Operating System for Small & Midsize Businesses. We help service based businesses never miss a lead by automatically answering calls, texts, and follow ups using AI. We are not an agency and not a call center. We are a real product with real customers and we are growing fast.

We are looking for hungry and confident cold callers who are comfortable speaking with US based business owners all day and want to grow with a serious company.

What You Will Do
Make outbound cold calls to US based small business owners
Qualify leads and book demos for our sales team
Follow proven call scripts while sounding natural and conversational
Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward
Log calls, notes, and outcomes accurately in our CRM
Show up every day ready to dial, learn, and improve

What We Are Looking For
Strong spoken English with a neutral or near neutral accent
Comfortable cold calling for multiple hours per day
Confident, competitive, and resilient. Rejection does not affect you
Sales or cold calling experience is a plus, but hunger and coachability matter more
Experience calling US businesses is a strong advantage
Reliable laptop, headset, and fast, stable internet connection
Self motivated and able to work without constant supervision
