We’re looking for a highly capable Tech/Webmaster & WordPress Expert to support and strengthen our tech operations across website development, domain and DNS management, tracking setup, and day-to-day tech troubleshooting.
You should be deeply experienced in building and maintaining fast, clean, high-performing WordPress sites, while also being comfortable handling the technical backend of a growing online business. This includes domains, DNS, Google Workspace, integrations, tracking pixels, digital ads management, and conversion reporting.
You are not just a developer; you are a visual storyteller who understands that a website must look sharp, be on-brand, and possess the emotional appeal necessary to compel an audience to take action. You understand the nuances of performance optimization, security, and "clean" builds that avoid plugin bloat.
You are highly AI-literate and know how to use AI strategically to speed up coding, troubleshooting, and execution without relying on it blindly or sacrificing quality.

[[[ Skills & Qualifications ]]]
We require mastery in the following areas:
- Advanced WordPress Development: Architecture of high-performance sites with clean code, builder expertise (Elementor/Bricks/Oxygen), and Core Web Vitals optimization.
We want someone who is really good at using AI to speed up the coding process. We want you to not outsource all your work to AI, but know how to use AI smartly and efficiently to enhance and speed up your work.
- Web Domain & DNS Management: Expert handling of DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT/SPF/DKIM) and secure migrations across platforms like Cloudflare or Namecheap.
- SiteGround Optimization: Expertise in SiteGround environments, specifically in utilizing Site Tools, staging, and SG Optimizer to leverage server-side caching, CDN integration, and security protocols for maximum performance and uptime.
- Google Workspace Management: Administration of our corporate environment, including user provisioning, advanced permissions, and troubleshooting access issues.
- Ad Campaign Tech Support: Technical setup and troubleshooting for Google Ads and
- General Tech Support: Proactive troubleshooting of software integrations (Zapier/Make) and resolving technical bottlenecks independently.
Experience in the following is a plus:
- ActiveCampaign: Building complex visual automations, managing tag-based segmentation, and ensuring high
- Technical Writing: Ability to document your builds clearly so the team can manage minor updates post-launch.
- Project Management: Proficiency in ClickUp; you are expected to track your time and manage tasks within our existing workspace.

- Time Zone: Commitment to work within or have significant overlap with the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
- Timeline: We are looking for someone to start RIGHT AWAY. We aim to have the primary build or major milestones completed within two weeks.
- Platforms: Our team uses ClickUp, Slack, Sharepoint, Lastpass, Canva, and Hubstaff. Strong proficiency in these platforms is required.
