We are looking for a reliable and experienced YouTube Channel Manager to help improve the SEO, organization, and growth of our YouTube channel.
Our channel focuses on leadership, education, parenting, and empowerment, and includes summit recordings, interviews, and educational content.
We already have many videos recorded and uploaded, but we need help cleaning up the channel structure and improving SEO so the videos can reach more viewers.
Main Responsibilities
• Improve YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, keywords, tags)
• Research and implement better keywords for our content
• Update older videos with improved SEO
• Upload and schedule new videos
• Organize playlists to improve channel structure
• Add timestamps, links, and resources to descriptions
• Help improve thumbnails and video packaging
• Monitor YouTube analytics and suggest improvements
• Recommend strategies to grow views and subscribers
Requirements
• Experience managing YouTube channels
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO
• Good English writing skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow systems and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
• Experience with educational or podcast content
• Experience using Canva or similar tools for thumbnails
• Experience growing a YouTube channel
Hours
Part-time to start (5–10 hours per week).
Potential for long-term work if the collaboration goes well.
