B2B Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: B2B Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator (UK & USA Warehouses)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented B2B Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator to take full ownership of processing, validating, and managing B2B orders across UK and USA warehouse operations. This is a fast-paced FMCG environment, requiring someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple systems and stakeholders.

This role is critical to ensuring accurate order processing, smooth warehouse coordination, and consistent data tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Process, review, and validate B2B orders for both UK and US warehouse operations.
Take full ownership of order management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Monitor and follow up on orders continuously to ensure smooth fulfilment and dispatch.
Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets and operational data with high accuracy.
Coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
Work across multiple customer systems and platforms, ensuring data integrity and correct order flow.
Identify and escalate discrepancies in orders, inventory, or logistics movements.
Ensure clear communication and updates across all relevant teams.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B order processing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Experience working with UK and USA warehouses, transport, and B2B logistics operations.
Advanced IT skills – ability to work across multiple customer systems and spreadsheets with confidence.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of operational processes.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced FMCG environment with quick response times.
