JOB OVERVIEW

InnoAddi is a small US-based business focused on 3D printing products, order support, and education programs. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support & Operations Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help us with daily business operations long-term.

This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, professional in written communication, and comfortable handling customer support, order follow-up, and admin tasks with care.

Main responsibilities:

Reply to customer emails in a clear, professional, and friendly way

Track shipments and follow up on delays, delivery issues, and missing packages

Assist with order-related customer service and after-sales support

Update and maintain simple spreadsheets for orders, contacts, and follow-ups

Help organize inboxes, task lists, and daily admin work

Conduct light online research when needed

Draft replies and flag issues that need management review

Help create and improve simple processes as the business grows

Requirements:

Strong written English

Reliable internet connection and dependable communication

Strong attention to detail

Organized and able to follow instructions carefully

Experience with Gmail / Google Workspace and spreadsheets

Experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or admin support preferred

Able to manage repetitive work accurately without missing details

Willing to learn about our products and business operations

Work schedule:

[15–25 hours per week] to start

Have at least 3 hours of overlap with 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (US)

Some flexibility may be available for the right candidate
Pay:

$4–5 USD/hour to start

Rate review after 3-month trial period
