ob Title: YouTube Shorts Video Editor (Long-Term Project – Up to 1000 Shorts)

Company Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative video editor to help produce a large portfolio of YouTube Shorts. This will be a long-term project with the goal of creating up to 1000 short-form videos for YouTube.

Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for editing engaging YouTube Shorts from provided content. You must have your own editing software, tools, and workflow and be capable of delivering completed short-form videos ready for upload.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging YouTube Shorts (vertical 9:16 format)

Create attention-grabbing edits that retain viewer attention

Add subtitles, captions, sound effects, and visual elements when appropriate

Ensure videos are optimized for YouTube Shorts

Deliver completed videos in an organized format

Send all completed shorts directly after editing for review

Project Scope

Up to 1000 YouTube Shorts in total

Ongoing/long-term work depending on performance

Potential for future projects if the collaboration works well

Requirements

Proven experience editing short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Reels)

Must have your own editing software and tools

Ability to deliver high-quality, fast-paced edits

Good understanding of viral short-form content

Reliable internet connection and ability to send files consistently

Strong communication and ability to follow instructions

Nice to Have

Experience with viral YouTube channels

Knowledge of audience retention techniques

Motion graphics or advanced captioning skills
