Remote Creative Ads Specialist (Facebook & TikTok Ads)

Position – Creative Ads Specialist (Priority Hire)

We are looking for someone who can create high-converting ad creatives for Facebook and ---------- .

This role focuses on creating performance-driven ad creatives designed to generate clicks, engagement, and sales.

Important:
This role is focused on performance advertising creatives, not general graphic design.

Experience with dropshipping or e-commerce advertising is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create ad images and video ads
• Edit product videos into engaging ad creatives
• Develop hooks and ad angles
• Work with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Produce multiple creative variations for testing

Requirements

• Experience creating ad creatives
• Understanding of e-commerce advertising
• Portfolio or examples of previous work
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work consistently and meet daily creative targets

Test Week (Important)

We start with a 1-week test period to see if we work well together.

During the test week:

• Around 2 hours per day
• Create 5–6 ad creatives per day

If the work is good, we will continue and gradually increase the workload.

Growth Plan
First weeks

We start with around 2 hours per day so we can learn each other’s workflow and working style.

After that

If everything goes well, the hours will increase gradually to:

• 4 hours per day
• Then 6 hours per day
• And later full-time

Within 1–3 months, the goal is to reach around 25 ad creatives per day once the workflow and system are fully learned.

Salary

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, quality of work, and speed.

As the workload increases and the collaboration grows, compensation can also grow.

Note

Occasionally we may use screen recording for education, training, and workflow improvement, so it is important that you are comfortable with this.
