Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote Appointment Setter & Market Researcher to support our sales and recruiting teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with excellent spoken and written English, strong research skills, and the ability to engage U.S.-based business clients professionally.

You will be responsible for researching target companies, identifying decision-makers, and setting qualified appointments for our U.S. sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Appointment Setting

Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to U.S.-based businesses

Engage decision-makers professionally and confidently in English

Schedule qualified meetings for sales and recruiting managers

Maintain accurate call notes and appointment details in CRM systems

Market Research

Research companies, industries, and contacts using online tools and databases

Identify hiring managers, HR leaders, and operations decision-makers

Maintain and update lead lists and contact records

Support campaign planning with market and competitor insights

Administrative & CRM Support

Update and manage records in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Track outreach activity, response rates, and appointment outcomes

Support reporting and pipeline tracking

Qualifications

Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and quiet work environment

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, market research, or BPO preferred

Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients over phone and video

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Experience working U.S. time zones is a plus
