Marketing Virtual Assistant |Go High Level (GHL) , Social Media (SMM), and Ads

We’re seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant who can think strategically and execute effectively. You will work directly with the Co-CEOs to design, implement, and optimize marketing systems that drive measurable growth.
Your mission: bring the leads in, track results, and provide actionable insights that help The Green Team hit its sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Attribution & Tracking – Build and maintain systems to track CAC, CPL, and ROI using tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or other marketing software.
2. Ad Campaign Management – Execute, A/B test, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns. Identify creative solutions by managing freelancers or internal resources.
3. Social Media Management – Manage content calendars, create engaging graphics, and edit videos for social platforms to maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence.
4. Strategy & Reporting – Analyze marketing data, report results to Co-CEOs, and propose solutions to improve lead generation and conversion.


Requirements:
- Fluent English, spoken and written (with decent accent)
- Proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) and HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and campaign tracking
- Experienced in managing social media accounts, including content creation, graphics, and video editing
- Skilled in running and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfort learning new systems
- Experience in lawn care, home services, or field-service industries is a plus
- Technical proficiency with marketing platforms and analytics tools
