Amazon OA / Wholesale Operations VA – Inventory, Repricing & Restocks

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage the daily operations of our Amazon store.

Your main role will be helping ensure our products are priced competitively, sell through quickly, and remain in stock.

This is a long-term position with opportunity to grow as the business grows.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.


Main Responsibilities

• Monitor Amazon inventory levels daily
• Track product sales and recommend restocks
• Update spreadsheets with stock levels and reorder suggestions
• Monitor Buy Box prices and adjust pricing when needed
• Identify products that are running low or selling fast
• Help ensure listings remain competitively priced


Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with product ordering when needed
• Respond to simple Amazon customer messages
• Maintain organized tracking sheets
• Communicate daily updates about inventory and pricing


Work Schedule

Approximately 20–25 hours per week

Preferred schedule:

4 hours per day, 6 days per week

Work hours must overlap with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Typical working hours:

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

Some flexibility is possible.


Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Reliable internet connection
• Able to follow clear instructions and systems
• Willing to communicate frequently and ask questions when unsure

Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus but not required.


Communication

We value strong communication.

We prefer someone who asks questions and provides updates frequently rather than someone who works silently.


Pay

Training period:

$2 per hour

After training:

$3 per hour

There will be opportunities for raises based on performance and reliability.
