JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive, growth-focused Social Media Manager to help expand the social presence of our ecommerce brand Little Sleepy Head.

Little Sleepy Head is an established ecommerce brand that sells premium pillows and bedding for kids and families. Our products sell successfully on Amazon and Shopify, and we are now focused on growing through social media, influencer partnerships, and TikTok content.

This role is not just about posting content. We are looking for someone who can build systems, manage creator relationships, and drive real growth through social platforms.

The primary goal of this role is to grow revenue through social media by building strong creator partnerships and turning creator content into traffic and sales for Little Sleepy Head across TikTok, Amazon, and our Shopify store.

While we maintain a presence across multiple social platforms, TikTok will be the primary focus of this role.


What You Will Be Responsible For
Creator Outreach & Relationship Management
Identify and reach out to TikTok creators that align with our brand
Coordinate product collaborations and gifting campaigns
Build ongoing relationships with high-performing creators
Organize and maintain a creator database
Coordinate repeat collaborations and TikTok Live events
Influencer Program Management
Help structure and manage our creator program
Track creator performance and content results
Coordinate influencer campaigns around product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Manage communication with creators to ensure smooth collaboration
Content Coordination
Collect and organize UGC content from creators
Identify high-performing content to repost on our brand social channels
Coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers who produce additional content
Maintain a content pipeline from creators and partners
Social Growth Strategy
Review our current social media setup and provide recommendations for improvement
Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and sales through TikTok
Analyze performance data and help optimize campaigns
Proactively suggest new growth strategies and campaigns
We are looking for someone who can think strategically and solve problems, not just follow instructions.

Expected Outcomes
First 90 Days
Build a pipeline of TikTok creators collaborating with our brand
Establish systems for creator outreach, content collection, and posting
Begin generating a consistent stream of creator content
Track performance and identify creators that drive engagement or sales

6 Months
Established network of reliable creators producing regular content
Consistent flow of high-performing creator content
Social media driving measurable traffic to Amazon, TikTok Shop, or our website

Requirements
Proven experience working with TikTok creators or influencer marketing
Experience supporting ecommerce or DTC brands
Strong understanding of TikTok content and viral trends
Experience organizing influencer campaigns and partnerships
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to analyze social performance data and identify opportunities
Organized and proactive mindset
Comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns at once

Experience managing TikTok Live collaborations
Experience with UGC content pipelines
Experience using influencer outreach tools or CRM systems
Experience working with family, parenting, or lifestyle brands

Are not comfortable analyzing data and improving strategies over time
We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, managing creator relationships, and helping drive real growth through social media.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 USD per month depending on experience
