JOB SUMMARY

Remote Imaging Consultants is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable CFO / Controller to oversee and strengthen our financial operations. This role is responsible for managing accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, compliance, and supporting leadership with financial insights for decision-making.

We are open to both CPA and non-CPA candidates, as long as the applicant has strong accounting, finance, or controllership experience and can confidently manage financial operations in a remote work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, and reports
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger processes
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls
- Coordinate with external accountants, bookkeepers, auditors, or tax professionals when needed
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
- Help improve financial systems, reporting workflows, and operational efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- CPA is an advantage but not required
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, controllership, bookkeeping, or related financial roles
- Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting
- Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial management tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, especially in a remote work environment
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive financial information professionally

SALARY AND WORK SETUP

- ?50,000–?80,000 per month
- Equivalent to approximately $860–$1,400 USD
- Salary may increase based on expertise and experience
- Full-Time or Part-Time options available
