Instagram Engagement & Lead Qualification Virtual Assistant (Long-Term Role)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help us grow and engage our audience on Instagram.

Our company works with chiropractors and healthcare professionals, helping them grow their practices through software and consulting. Instagram is one of our main ways of connecting with potential clients.

This role is focused on relationship building, engagement, and identifying qualified leads, not just posting content.

Your job will be to engage with our audience, identify ideal prospects, and help start conversations that can eventually lead to discovery calls.

This is a long-term position for someone who is organized, consistent, and comfortable following structured processes.

Responsibilities

Instagram Engagement
Like and comment on posts from followers and target accounts
Engage with potential clients and referral partners through thoughtful comments
Respond to simple messages and comments when appropriate
Build rapport with followers through consistent interaction

Follower Qualification
Review new followers to determine if they match our target audience
Identify whether a follower is:
A potential client
A referral partner
Not relevant to our audience
Remove followers that do not match our target criteria

Conversation Initiation
Follow a structured engagement process to start conversations
Move conversations toward meaningful discussion
Identify people who show interest in learning more about what we offer

CRM Tracking (HighLevel)
Track qualified leads inside HighLevel CRM
Update conversation notes and contact information
Tag and organize leads so our team can follow up properly

Lead Handoff
Recognize when someone is ready for a deeper conversation
Notify our team so we can continue the conversation and schedule a discovery call
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:
Detail-oriented
Reliable and consistent
Friendly and professional in written communication
Comfortable following structured processes
Able to work independently
Interested in long-term work

Experience with Instagram engagement, social media outreach, or lead generation is preferred but not required if you are willing to learn quickly.

Experience with GoHighLevel or CRM systems is a plus.

Work Details

Hours: Part-time to start (with potential to grow)

Compensation: Based on experience
