I run
I’m looking for a "Reddit Detective" to help me find our customers where they hang out. I don't want a "spammer." I want someone who knows how to be the most helpful person in the thread.
The "Must-Haves":
Aged Accounts: You need to have at least one (ideally 2-3) aged Reddit accounts (1+ year old) with 500+ karma. We need to be able to hit the ground running on Monday without being caught in "new user" filters.
Western Conversational Tone: You need to write like a peer. If you sound like a salesperson or a bot, you’ll get banned. If you sound like a helpful agency owner, you’ll win.
Social Listening: You’ll use tools to track keywords like "Sunbiz," "Florida leads," and "how to get web design clients." When someone asks a question, you show up with a high-value answer and a "by the way" link to our free sample.
What you’ll be doing:
Monitor: Living in subreddits like r/agency, r/webdesign, and r/sales.
Engage: Writing 5-10 high-quality, long-form comments per day that actually solve people’s problems.
Strategy: Helping me build "DayOneFeed" personas that become authority figures in the space.
Reporting: Keeping a simple sheet of where you posted and how many clicks/leads we got.
