Outbound Sales Rep | High-Volume Cold Calling | $5-$7/hr + Commission

Poyo Group LLC is looking for a hungry, high-energy Outbound Sales Representative to join our remote team. We specialize in Fiber Internet sales for the US market. You won't be "waiting" for leads;you’ll be hitting a high-volume dialer and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Make 200+ outbound calls per day using our provided dialer.

Pitch high-speed fiber internet services to residential customers.

Accurately log call notes and submit completed sales forms via Jotform.

Work a consistent 5-hour "Power Block" during US EST hours.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Proven BPO or Cold Calling Experience: If you’ve sold Solar, Insurance, or Telecom, you’re a perfect fit.

Neutral English Accent: You must be clear and easily understood by US customers.

Reliable Setup: High-speed internet (20mbps+) and a noise-canceling headset.

Hunger for Commission: We want people who aren't satisfied with just the base pay.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $5.00 - $7.00 USD/hour (based on experience).

Commission: $25.00 - $50.00 USD per successful installation.

Payment: Weekly via Wise.

Schedule & Accountability:

Time Tracking: We use Clockify to log active hours.

Daily Performance Report: At the end of your shift, you will submit a quick summary (Total Dials, Leads Interested, Completed Sales).

Verification: Activity will be cross-referenced with dialer timestamps. Consistent 15+ minute gaps without calls during your shift will be docked.
