Social Media Manager

We are a growing social media marketing agency called Social Delux looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to manage client accounts and help build strong, visually appealing social media profiles.

Our clients include beauty clinics, commercial brands, construction companies, automotive businesses, and lifestyle brands.

You will be responsible for planning content, maintaining a consistent Instagram feed aesthetic, managing social media accounts, and assisting with basic paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
• Create monthly content calendars for clients
• Plan and maintain a clean and consistent Instagram feed aesthetic
• Create Instagram feed drafts/mockups showing how the page will look before posting
• Design basic social media graphics for posts, stories, and carousels
• Write engaging captions and optimise hashtags
• Schedule and publish posts
• Monitor comments and engagement
• Work with our video editing team to organise and publish content
• Assist with basic ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (boosting posts, simple lead campaigns)
• Track account performance and provide simple monthly reports

Requirements

• Experience managing Instagram and social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies
• Ability to design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Good sense of visual aesthetics and branding
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work long term with our agency
