An experienced customer support rep for my eCom business

Hello, I'm looking for an hard working VA for my customer support of my eCom store.

My store is based in Poland so you must be able to work with a Google spread sheet document with pre made e-mail templates that I made. But as you know every question or message is a little different, so you will need to be able to use chatGPT and your own skills to please the client in the best possible way.
