I am seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support administrative operations for a growing consulting firm. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing digital workflows.
Primary Responsibilities
• Inbox Management
Organize incoming
• Cloud Folder Creation and Organization
Create and maintain organized folder systems in cloud platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive to support project and document management.
• Client Communication
Send professional
• RFP Website Monitoring and Filing
Monitor government procurement and RFP websites, identify relevant opportunities, download solicitation documents, and organize them into the appropriate cloud folders for review.
• Light Social Media Support
Assist with creating and scheduling basic posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, or Bluesky using content guidance provided.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong written communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Experience with
• Familiarity with cloud storage platforms
• Ability to review and track RFP or procurement opportunities
• Basic understanding of social media posting and scheduling tools (Canva, Buffer, Later, etc.)
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting consultants, entrepreneurs, or small businesses
• Familiarity with government contracting or proposal tracking
• Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
