About Engage365

Engage365 is a U.S.-based marketing agency that helps small businesses grow through social media management, digital advertising, SEO, review management, lead generation, websites, and other growth services.

We are expanding our outbound sales efforts and are looking for an experienced B2B cold caller to help generate qualified strategy calls with our sales team.

This role is NOT a closing role. Your responsibility is to identify qualified businesses and schedule strategy sessions with our Growth Strategist.

Compensation
• $10 per hour (20 hours per week)
• Bonus for every call booked
• Bonus for every booked call that attends the meeting
Strong performers can earn significant bonuses each month with additional kickers.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to small businesses in assigned U.S. cities
• Identify business owners or decision makers
• Start conversations about improving their marketing and online visibility
• Pre-qualify prospects before scheduling appointments
• Schedule qualified strategy sessions on our sales calendar
• Log all call activity and notes in our CRM
• Follow call scripts and qualification guidelines
• Maintain professional communication with U.S. business owners

Lead Sources
You will identify businesses using sources such as:
• Google Maps
• LinkedIn
• Yelp
• Online business directories
You will be assigned specific U.S. cities/regions to prospect.

Qualification Requirements
Before scheduling a meeting, the prospect must meet basic criteria such as:
• Decision maker or owner is involved
• Active business with a website
• Currently doing some form of marketing
• Open to improving customer acquisition
You are responsible for ensuring only qualified prospects are scheduled.

Daily Expectations
• 40–70 outbound calls per day
• Professional conversations with business owners
• Book qualified strategy calls with our sales team
• Maintain accurate call notes and tracking
Quality matters more than volume. Meetings should be qualified and committed to attending.

Requirements
• Fluent English with clear, neutral accent
• Previous B2B cold calling experience REQUIRED
• Must be comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Reliable internet and quiet work environment
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern business hours
