JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a performance-focused Graphic Designer to create high-converting image ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate understands direct response advertising, visual psychology, and how to design creatives that capture attention in crowded social feeds and drive conversions.

You will collaborate closely with media buyers and creative strategists to design image ads that are optimized for testing, iteration, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-converting static image ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Create multiple variations of each concept for A/B testing.

Design creatives for different formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) optimized for mobile.

Apply direct response design principles such as strong hooks, clear messaging, and compelling CTAs.

Use product images, UGC assets, and brand elements to create scroll-stopping creatives.

Collaborate with media buyers to iterate based on performance data.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while optimizing for performance.

Stay updated with Meta ad creative trends and competitor ads.

Requirements

2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in paid social advertising.

Strong proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Figma

Canva (a plus for fast iteration)

Experience designing direct response ad creatives.

Strong understanding of:

Attention-grabbing visual hooks

Ad copy placement

Conversion-focused design

Ability to create multiple design variations quickly.

Experience designing mobile-first creatives.

Nice to Have

Experience working with eCommerce brands or performance marketing agencies.

Understanding of Meta Ads performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA).

Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Adobe Firefly, etc.).

Experience designing carousel ads and ad mockups.

Deliverables

The Graphic Designer will regularly produce:

Static image ads for Meta campaigns

3–10 variations per concept

Different formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)

Carousel ad designs

Visual hook variations
