Short-Form Video Editor (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts) – Fitness Brand

Golden Grip ---------- on Instagram) is a fast-growing fitness brand specializing in grip strength and forearm training equipment used by athletes in strongman, armwrestling, climbing and other strength sports.

We are looking for a short-form video editor who can turn raw footage into engaging social media content for:

• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts

Our content includes training footage, athlete clips, product demonstrations and user-generated content.

Your role will be to transform this raw footage into high-retention, engaging videos optimized for social media algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (20–60 seconds) optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Create strong hooks within the first 1–2 seconds
• Add dynamic subtitles and captions
• Improve pacing and storytelling
• Add zoom cuts, sound effects and visual emphasis where appropriate
• Create multiple variations of videos for testing

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form content for TikTok / Reels
• Strong understanding of viewer retention and hooks
• Ability to work quickly and produce high output
• Passion for fitness or strength training is a big plus

Working structure

• Remote freelance role
• Expected output: 20–40 videos per month
• Long-term collaboration possible
