Job Description & Performance Standards

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a high-output, execution-focused role supporting a fast-growing functional medicine education business. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing GoHighLevel (GHL) funnels, landing pages, email sequences, and digital assets using pre-built templates, HTML files, and detailed build guides provided to you.

This is not a design or copywriting role. All content, copy, and design direction is provided. Your job is fast, accurate execution with zero ambiguity.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

GoHighLevel Build & Management
• Build landing pages from provided HTML files and written build guides
• Set up funnels including landing page ? thank you page ? application form ? booking
• Configure email sequences and automation workflows in GHL
• Integrate calendar/booking links and payment forms
• QA all pages for mobile responsiveness and broken links before submission
• Maintain and update existing pages as directed

Digital Asset Management
• Upload, organize, and publish course content in GHL or Skool as directed
• Format and upload PDFs, slide decks, and reference documents to member portals
• Maintain organized file structure in Google Drive
• Resize and optimize images for web use

Email
& Communication Sequences
• Build email sequences from provided scripts — no copywriting required
• Set up triggers, tags, and automation logic in GHL
• Test all sequences before going live

Reporting & Communication
• Submit a time log with every invoice — task, date, and hours broken down
• Flag blockers within 2 hours — do not spin on a problem for a day
• Provide a completion report with screenshots when each deliverable is done
• Respond to messages within 4 hours during agreed working hours

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• GoHighLevel (GHL) — minimum 6 months hands-on experience
• Ability to build GHL pages from an HTML reference file
• Basic HTML/CSS — enough to copy, paste, and troubleshoot layout issues
• Google Drive, Docs, Sheets — intermediate level
• Skool platform experience — preferred but not required
• Attention to detail — pixel-accurate execution against provided specs
• Fast turnaround — standard deliverables completed within 24–48 hours
