Part-Time Real Estate Cold Caller

Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to homeowners and potential sellers
Follow provided scripts while being able to communicate naturally
Record call notes and update lead information accurately
Identify motivated sellers and set appointments when appropriate
Maintain organized records of conversations and follow-ups
Requirements:
Prior experience in real estate cold calling is required
Experience using dialer systems
References required
Strong English communication skills (clear and professional)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and stay consistent with daily calling goals
Preferred (but not required):
Experience using Go High Level CRM/software
Position Details:
Part-time to start (with potential for more hours based on performance)
Remote position
Flexible schedule depending on lead calling times
