Required
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
Experience with bank reconciliations and financial cleanup.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (accrual vs cash, revenue, expenses, liabilities).
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to identify inconsistencies in financial records.

Preferred
Experience with bookkeeping cleanup projects.
Experience onboarding new clients to accounting systems.
Familiarity with tools such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, Square, Stripe, Gusto, or similar integrations.
QuickBooks Online Certification.
