We’re looking for a video editor with strong graphic design skills who understands direct response marketing and performance-driven creatives.
This is not a brand aesthetics role. This is about results.
For the right fit, this can turn into a full-time position.
What You’ll Do
? Edit direct response video ads for Meta
? Create multiple hook variations from one winning concept
? Turn video winners into static derivatives
? Design performance-focused static ads
? Iterate quickly based on data
? Work inside a structured creative testing system
We test aggressively. We move fast. We scale what works.
What We Need From You
? Strong understanding of direct response principles
? You understand hooks, benefits, proof, and urgency
? You can break down competitor ads and identify what makes them work
? You can produce high-volume variations weekly
? Fast turnaround time
? Comfortable working with feedback and performance metrics
Preferred Tools
? Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut
? Photoshop or Figma
? Canva for rapid iterations
You’re NOT a Fit If
? You focus on aesthetics over performance
? You need hand-holding on every variation
? You take multiple days to finish 1 ad
? You get attached to creatives and resist iteration
? You don’t understand scroll behavior on Meta
