Responsibilities
Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
Communicate with buyers, sellers, attorneys, and title companies
Send and respond to
Make phone calls to follow up on documents, signatures, and closing requirements
Coordinate with title companies and attorneys to ensure files are progressing
Track deadlines and keep transaction timelines organized
Update internal spreadsheets and CRM systems
Assist with general administrative tasks
Requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple files at once
Comfortable communicating via
Reliable internet connection and workspace
Experience with real estate transactions or transaction coordination is a plus
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Experience with real estate wholesale transactions
Familiarity with title companies, contracts, and closing processes
Experience using CRM systems, Google Sheets, or project management tools
