TikTok Shop Growth Manager (Merch Brand)

We are launching a new TikTok Shop for a merchandise brand and are looking for someone with proven TikTok Shop experience. You must truly understand TikTok Shop Seller Center and TikTok commerce.

This is not a basic VA role. If you do not have experience and knowledge in the TikTok Shop Seller Center. Please do not apply.

We need someone who understands how to turn TikTok traffic into product sales.

If you know how TikTok buyers behave, how to position products, and how to manage listings inside TikTok Shop properly, this role may be a great fit.

This is a long-term position, not a short freelance project.

Responsibilities

• Manage TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Create and optimize product listings
• Write compelling product titles and descriptions
• Select correct categories, attributes, and pricing
• Connect products to TikTok content
• Manage Printify merchandise listings
• Launch and monitor TikTok ads
• Monitor performance and improve conversion

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Experience working with merch or apparel products
• Experience running TikTok ads
• Strong writing skills for product titles and descriptions
• Attention to detail with pricing, categories, and product data

You should understand why someone would buy the product, not just upload listings.

Important

This is a new TikTok Shop launch, and we are specifically looking for someone with real hands-on TikTok Shop experience.

If you have only watched tutorials or are relying on ChatGPT to figure out TikTok Shop, this role will not be a fit.

We are looking for someone who has actually worked inside TikTok Shop Seller Center and understands how the platform works.
