Operations and Client Fulfillment Assistant for Digital Marketing Agency

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps automotive businesses scale using Meta advertising and AI-driven lead follow-up systems.

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Operations & Client Fulfillment Assistant to help manage day-to-day client operations and campaign execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and working inside digital marketing systems.

You will work directly with the agency founder and help ensure that client campaigns, creative assets, and communication run smoothly.

This is a long-term position with room for growth as the agency expands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Communication
• Monitor Slack channels for client messages
• Relay client requests and updates internally
• Send status updates to clients when needed

Campaign Operations
• Upload ad creatives into Meta Ads Manager
• Duplicate ads and update copy
• Check campaigns for issues or errors

Creative Production
• Use Canva to create ad creatives
• Turn simple scripts into visual creatives
• Resize assets for multiple placements

Administrative Tasks
• Maintain Google Drive folders for clients
• Track campaign deliverables
• Organize creative assets and documents

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Extremely organized
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable and responsive
• Comfortable working remotely

Helpful experience:
• Meta Ads Manager (required)
• GoHighLevel (required)
• Canva (required)
• Slack (not required but preferred)
• Google Drive (required)
• Digital marketing agencies (required)

You will be fully trained on our systems and workflows with our extensive training library of SOPs.
