Social Media Growth Specialist (Organic + Paid Ads) — Performance-Based

Elite Noir is a private consulting firm serving high-net-worth individuals — tax structures, asset protection, international banking, and wealth management.

We need a Social Media Growth Specialist who can GROW our channels aggressively and generate qualified leads for our €2,000+ consulting services.

YOU WILL:
- Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok daily
- Create and schedule content (I provide strategy and scripts)
- Run Meta Ads campaigns (I provide targeting strategy)
- Generate qualified leads for high-ticket consulting services
- Report weekly: followers gained, leads generated, cost per lead, bookings made

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts (show me real numbers)
- Real Meta Ads experience (real campaigns, real budgets — not demo accounts)
- Understands high-ticket, luxury, or finance niche preferred
- Full-time EST hours
- Fluent English
- Available to start immediately

PERFORMANCE-BASED PARTNERSHIP:
This is not a "salary for showing up" role.
