Type: Gig / Project-Based (Possible Long-Term Work)

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to help us improve the performance and conversion rates of Shopify stores for client projects.

This is a gig-based role, but strong performers may receive ongoing work and future projects with our team.

What You'll Be Doing
Tasks may vary depending on the project, but typically include:
• Analyzing Shopify store performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversions
• Optimizing product pages, landing pages, and checkout flow
• Running or planning A/B tests to improve user experience and sales
• Reviewing analytics data to understand user behavior and drop-off points
• Using heatmaps and session recordings to identify friction in the customer journey
• Recommending UX and layout improvements to increase conversions
• Collaborating with developers and the operations team to implement optimizations

Requirements
• Experience with conversion rate optimization for e-commerce stores
• Familiar with Shopify store structure and customer journeys
• Comfortable analyzing analytics data and user behavior
• Experience with A/B testing tools
• Familiar with heatmap or session recording tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.)
• Understanding of conversion psychology and UX design
• Able to identify friction points and recommend improvements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication and reliable with deadlines

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
• Experience optimizing Shopify stores specifically
• Experience with landing page builders like PageFly or GemPages
