You ill be overseeing three virtual assistants within a small UK based serviced accomadation business.
Holding daily meetings and monthly feedback sessions
Ensuring that:-communications are being responded to within company guidelines,
finance reports are being updated accurately
maintenance requests are managed accordingly
channel manager dashboard is maintained
Resolving guest complaints
Approving maintenance requests
Tracking stock levels
You will be responsible for problem solving and /or escalating to senior management where necessary
