You're the one who stays curious when something breaks instead of panicking. You've built workflows that run so cleanly nobody even knows you touched them. You think in systems. You see the connection between steps that other people miss entirely. You don't need someone hovering over your shoulder telling you what to do next — you already know. And if we're being honest, you've probably been doing work that's a little too good for wherever you're doing it right now.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys the puzzle. Not someone who tolerates automation work to collect a paycheck — someone who gets a little excited when a workflow finally clicks into place the way it's supposed to.
You should be fluent in GoHighLevel. Not just familiar. Fluent. You've built complex workflows, worked with webhooks and APIs, and you know how automations affect each other inside a live system.
You write clean SOPs. You can record a Loom that actually makes sense. When something doesn't work, you dig in instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to try next.
This role is not for people who need constant hand-holding, freeze when something breaks, or talk more than they build.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Most of your day lives inside GoHighLevel across a growing set of client accounts. Here's what that looks like:
- Creating and managing GHL workflows
- Building AI-assisted follow-up and conversational automation systems
- Setting up appointment and lead workflows
- Working with webhooks, APIs, and custom values
- Improving automations as we learn what works
- Writing SOPs and recording Loom walkthroughs so the team can use and build on what you create
It also helps to be comfortable with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, or WordPress. But GHL is the core of this role.
A lot of what we build has AI woven into it — follow-up sequences, conversation automation, prompt logic inside workflows. You don't need to be on the bleeding edge, but you should be comfortable working with AI as part of the system.
WHO WE ARE
We're a small, tight-knit crew. Selective about who we bring in. We move fast, communicate clearly, and take our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
The person who joins us won't be a cog. You'll be part of building something. We currently support about five major clients with ongoing automation work and we're also building a SaaS onboarding and automation system — which means the systems are growing and so is the opportunity.
The right person here has a path to growing into our Automation Lead as the team expands.

1. Describe a complex GoHighLevel automation you built and what problem it solved.
2. Have you used webhooks or APIs in your automations? If so, how?
3. If you were given an automation that worked but could be improved, how would you approach optimizing it?
Also include a 5 to 10 minute Loom video walking through an automation you built. Show the logic. Explain your thinking.
