About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Platform Ads Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple advertising campaigns while consistently delivering strong performance results.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Management
Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Develop full-funnel advertising strategies covering awareness, traffic, lead generation, remarketing, and conversions
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and account structures
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Provide weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Creative Collaboration
Work with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy
Suggest new creative ideas based on platform trends and best practices
Optimization & Strategy
Monitor campaigns daily to ensure strong performance and cost efficiency
Test new placements, audiences, and campaign strategies
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, advertising policies, and new features
Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong understanding of key marketing metrics such as:
CTR
CPC
CPA
ROAS
Experience using tools such as:
GA4
Google Tag Manager
Meta Business Manager
Google Ads Editor
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven optimization decisions
Excellent English communication skills
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Have Skills
Meta Blueprint or Google Ads Certification
Experience with additional platforms such as:
TikTok Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Pinterest Ads
Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Elementor, Webflow)
Basic understanding of SEO, CRM systems, and marketing automation
