Media outreach and ads assistant

I am an author, speaker, and Army chaplain looking for an assistant to help expand my media presence and marketing efforts.
Your role will include:
• researching podcasts
• sending outreach emails to podcast hosts
• helping manage Facebook advertising campaigns
• tracking leads and responses
This role helps promote my books and generate leads for my financial services business.
Responsibilities
Podcast outreach
• research podcasts related to relationships, faith, and personal development
• find podcast host contact information
• send outreach emails and follow-ups
• track responses in a spreadsheet
Podcast booking support
• help schedule podcast interviews
• update podcast appearance tracker

Facebook advertising support
• upload video ads and images
• create campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager
• monitor ad performance
• report results
Lead tracking
• record incoming leads
• notify me of high-quality leads

Skills Required
• strong written English
• research ability
• spreadsheet skills
• organized and detail-oriented
Bonus skills
• Facebook Ads Manager experience
• media outreach experience
Hours & Compensation
8–12 hours per week to start
Pay:
$6 – $10 per hour depending on experience
