JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're a growing Australian digital marketing agency looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant who's comfortable working with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
This is NOT a traditional VA role. You won't be doing data entry or admin. You'll be operating our automated marketing systems — reviewing AI-generated deliverables, making revisions, re-prompting where needed, and ensuring every output is polished and client-ready.
If you already use Claude or ChatGPT daily and understand how to write clear, effective prompts — this role was made for you.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Proposals
Our proposal system is automated. Your job is to review each draft, check for accuracy, re-prompt sections that need improvement, and finalise the document so it's ready to send to the client.
Marketing Audits
Same workflow — audits are generated through our AI systems. You'll review the output, flag anything that looks off, re-prompt to fix issues, and deliver a clean final version.
Strategy Call Presentations
We generate strategy call slide decks from call transcripts and briefs. You'll review each deck, adjust content where needed, re-prompt for better copy or structure, and make sure everything flows.
Ad Creative Samples
You'll create ad creative samples for client campaigns — putting together visuals and copy for Meta and Google ads. Speed matters here. You need to be able to produce quality samples quickly, not spend hours on a single image.

What We're Looking For
Must-Have:

Experience using Claude (Anthropic) — this is our primary tool
Experience using ChatGPT
Ability to write clear, simple prompts that get the right output
Basic understanding of ad creatives (copy and/or simple design)
Efficient and fast — you don't overthink, you execute
Fast learner who picks up new tools and workflows quickly
Can adapt to AI — comfortable when workflows change, new tools get introduced, or processes evolve
Can use AnyDesk for remote access when needed
Strong written English
Reliable internet connection
Available 8 AM – 5 PM PHT, Monday to Friday

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with digital marketing (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Familiarity with landing pages, copywriting, or sales funnels
Experience with Canva or basic design tools
Understanding of direct-response marketing


How This Role Works
This is task-based. You'll have a set of deliverables to complete each day. We don't micromanage your time — we care about the output. As long as your tasks are done and done well, you manage your own schedule within the 8–5 window.
You'll be trained on our workflows and systems during your first week.

Pay

$200 USD/month
Paid weekly every Wednesday ($50/week)
