Job Description: Marketing Virtual Assistant (Growth Hub 365 Specialist)
Project Overview: We are seeking a results-driven virtual assistant to lead the marketing and promotion efforts for an upcoming workshop. While the landing page and payment systems are already established, we require a specialist to drive traffic and secure a minimum of 20 registrations before the deadline of March 31, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and present a comprehensive marketing plan with actionable steps to increase workshop registrations and overall sales.
Platform Management (Growth Hub 365): Perform a complete setup of the Growth Hub 365 platform
. This includes leveraging the community features and private training resources available within the group to optimize our presence

Social Media & Content Scheduling: Execute a robust social media promotion strategy. You must be proficient in scheduling posts directly through the Growth Hub 365 ecosystem

Technical Implementation:
Design and launch high-converting sales funnels within GH365.
Develop and deploy AI agents within the platform to automate lead generation.
Configure automated systems to schedule appointments for AI consultations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor registration metrics to ensure the goal of at least 20 sign-ups is met by March 31.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Growth Hub 365 Expertise: Proven experience navigating and utilizing Growth Hub 365 (hosted on Skool) for training, support, and community engagement

AI & Automation Proficiency: Demonstrable ability to create and manage AI agents and sales funnels.
Marketing Strategy: Strong understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting strategies.
Result-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting registration targets for workshops or similar events.
