Social Media Outreach Assistant

We’re hiring a part-time DM Outreach Assistant for CrewFuel, a startup beverage brand built for blue-collar workers.

Your main job is to send cold and warm DMs on Instagram and other social platforms, track conversations, and help turn outreach into real opportunities.

What you’ll do:

Send personalized cold and warm DMs using our templates and SOPs
Follow up with leads and keep conversations organized
Track outreach, replies, and status updates in Google Sheets
Identify promising creators, customers, and partners
Adapt messaging slightly so it feels natural and not robotic
Flag strong opportunities and summarize progress clearly

What we’re looking for:

Strong written English
Experience with lead generation, outreach, appointment setting, or customer support
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Able to follow instructions and stay consistent
Comfortable working independently
Bonus if you have experience with Instagram outreach, e-commerce, or U.S. brands

Important:
This is not a generic VA role. We want someone who can communicate naturally, stay organized, and help us grow through direct outreach.
