Football Video/Clip Finder

I run a YouTube Shorts channel that posts football ranking videos with unique commentary. I’m looking for someone who can find and download football clips that match specific themes.

Here is the type of channel and clips I’m looking for:

You will NOT be editing the videos — I handle all editing. Your job is to find, download, and prepare the clips.

Examples of video topics:
— Goals With The Most Aura
— Goalkeepers Farming Aura
— Negative IQ Goalkeeper Mistakes
— Worst Red Cards in Football
— Goals That Look Like AI

Your Task:
— Find at least 8 clips that match the theme exactly
— Download the clips in good quality
— Blur any watermark that appears in the clip
— Upload them to a Google Drive folder named after the video title

Test Task (Before Hiring):
Before hiring, I ask all applicants to complete a test run so I can evaluate the quality of the clips.

— Find 8 clips for one video theme
— Download them in good quality
— Blur any watermark that appears
— Upload them to a Google Drive folder named after the video title

This test submission is not automatically paid, but if the submission is approved, I will pay for the video and continue working with you.

Please understand that I am very strict with selection because I am looking for a long-term VA. If the clips do not match the theme well or the quality becomes inconsistent, I will stop working together.

Workload:
— Potentially 1 video per day (after the testing phase)

Payment:
Payment starts at $5 per approved submission (minimum 8 clips). If your work is consistent and reliable, the pay will increase over time:

— First 20 approved submissions ? $5 each
— Potential for even higher pay and more work if you become my main clip finder

If your work is good and consistent, this can turn into daily work.
