Job Description:
Join our insurance agency as a full-time Virtual Assistant and become a vital part of our daily workflow. You’ll be responsible for processing policy changes and performing daily audits to ensure accuracy. If you are exceptionally detail-oriented and enjoy maintaining high standards of precision, we’d love to have you on our team
Core Responsibilities:
• Inbox & Admin: Manage agency
• Quality Control: Audit the previous day's EZLynx changes and double-check the work of others for 100% accuracy. Follow up on trailing documents and issue COIs
• Retention & Remarketing: Check the EZLynx Retention Center daily. Remarket clients with high increases.
• Quoting & Client Communication: Communicate directly with customers via
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience using EZLynx is strictly required. (Please do not apply without this).
• Specific Insurance Knowledge: Experience quoting and servicing personal auto and home insurance is strictly required.
• Commercial insurance experience (including ACORD forms and supplemental applications) is a major plus!
• Excellent written English.
• Equipment & Connectivity: You must have your own computer with reliable access to the internet and power (having a backup internet source and backup power supply is highly recommended).
Interview Process (Live Test): If selected for a video interview, you will be given "pretend" customer information and asked to quote their auto and home insurance live in EZLynx. This will allow us to see your familiarity and speed with the system and our carriers. We need someone who catches the little things.
