JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
You’ll own the day-to-day execution of our outbound ad sales pipeline. That means managing cold email campaigns, sending Linkedin messages, handling the initial back-and-forth with prospects, keeping our CRM updated, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is fairly low volume.

You won’t be writing cold email copy from scratch or making strategic decisions about who to target—you’ll be executing a system that’s already built, using tools and templates that are already in place.
This is a support role, not a sales role. You’re the engine that keeps the pipeline moving so the person closing deals can focus on conversations that matter.

What You’ll Do

Cold Outreach Campaign Management
• Pull leads from our lead generation software using filters and criteria we provide
• Do light verification on contact data before loading into campaigns
• Load contacts into Instantly sequences (copy is pre-written by us)
- Send 20-30 outreach messages on Linkedin per day

Inbox Management & Lead Qualification
• Monitor and respond to all inbound replies from cold email campaigns
• Handle routine replies: not interested, wrong contact, timing-based objections, basic questions
• Follow provided response templates and a decision-tree guide for common reply types

Past Sponsor Outreach
• Send targeted, individual emails to previous sponsors from a shared inbox
• Flag responses and escalate as needed

CRM & Pipeline Tracking
• Update lead statuses on our existing board (interested, negotiating, closed, etc.)
• Keep the board clean and current—no stale leads, no missing updates

Light Admin Support
• Schedule calls with sponsors and send calendar invites
• Track upcoming ad placement dates so we can prepare copy in advance
• Other small administrative tasks as they come up


Who You Are
Must-haves:
• Strong written English—this is the #1 requirement. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential advertisers. Your emails need to read naturally and professionally, not like templates.
• Reliable and detail-oriented. You update the CRM after every interaction, you don’t let emails sit unanswered, you flag issues before they become problems.
• Comfortable working US hours.
• Able to follow SOPs and decision trees precisely while using good judgment on edge cases.
• Responsive communicator—if something’s unclear, you ask rather than guess.

Nice-to-haves:
• Experience with Instantly or similar cold email platforms
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Previous experience supporting a sales or business development function

Details
• Hours: 15–20 per week
• Schedule: 2 hours in morning, 2 hours in afternoon or evening. US hours.
