Experienced Cold Caller / Lead Generator for Proprietary Paint Product

We are a paint manufacturer selling a specialized proprietary paint product to real estate management companies across the United States. We are looking for an experienced, professional, and highly persuasive cold caller / lead generator to help us connect with property management companies, introduce our product, and generate genuine interest from decision-makers.

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for the right person. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, speaks excellent English, has a clear and professional speaking voice, and is able to build rapport quickly with all types of people. Minimal accent is strongly preferred.

Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to real estate management companies from our provided lead lists using GoHighLevel. The goal of this role is to get decision-makers interested in our product, identify qualified prospects, and help move conversations to the next step. If a prospect needs more detailed follow-up, additional information, or a more advanced sales conversation, our team can take over from there. You will also be assigned a manager who can assist with difficult calls when needed.

We are not looking for someone who is shy on the phone or afraid of objections. We want someone who is smooth, persuasive, comfortable speaking with gatekeepers and decision-makers, and able to handle awkward or challenging conversations professionally. Sales experience is important, and you should be able to show proof of previous experience in sales, lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, or similar work.

Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to real estate management companies from our provided lead database
* Introduce and explain our specialized proprietary paint product
* Generate interest and identify qualified prospects
* Get past gatekeepers and handle objections professionally
* Speak confidently with property managers, management companies, and decision-makers
* Keep detailed notes and update call activity in GoHighLevel
* Follow up with interested prospects when appropriate
* Work closely with management when a prospect is ready for the next step
* Consistently work through large lead lists in a professional and organized manner

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or a similar role
* Strong English speaking and writing skills
* Clear, professional phone voice
* Minimal accent strongly preferred
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Comfortable handling objections and difficult conversations
* Professional, confident, and articulate on the phone
* Able to build rapport and create interest quickly
* Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
* Comfortable using GoHighLevel or similar calling / CRM platforms
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Must be able to show proof of prior sales or calling experience

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time
