JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

I’m the founder of a fast-growing specialty tea company based in San Diego. We operate retail, wholesale, and e-commerce and are looking for a highly organized virtual assistant to support daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with a small but growing business.

Example tasks include:
Inbox management and email follow-ups
Researching suppliers and vendors
Organizing spreadsheets and data entry
Light customer service responses
Scheduling and calendar coordination
Online research and administrative support

Requirements:
Excellent written English
Extremely detail-oriented
Reliable internet and consistent availability
Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, and email

Hours
5-10 hours per week to start with potential for long-term growth.
