We are in need of a skilled
We’re looking to add a committed person to the team ASAP. You must have experience managing at least two of the following types of
• lead magnet ads
• launch registration ads & cart-open ads
• low-ticket offer or SLO ads
Do not apply if you only have experience managing ads for ecomm, retail or brick and mortar businesses.
You must be reliable, pay attention to ad details, be orderly, willing to follow long detailed instructions and 100% committed to getting results for our clients. Your position is ultra crucial for the business’s growth because the business needs great ads management and satisfied clients to succeed.
This is a fully remote part-time role requiring 15 - 20 hours per week. Pay is $10 - $12 USD/hour depending on experience. Approximate working hours are USA MDT time zone: 9:00am - 12:00pm with one 15-minute break.
You will have time off for all national and special Philippine holidays.
There will be a two-month trial period on a graduated pay scale meaning you will start at $8.00 - $10.00/hour DOE, receive an additional $1/hour increase each month and be able to receive full pay once you successfully complete your probationary period.
In addition, once you successfully complete your two-month probationary period,
• in addition to your pay, you will receive a performance bonus for each account that you meet your KPIs in.

Job Responsibilities:
Your role, the Ads Manager (referred to as “AM”) in our business, is an exceptional position on the team where you will work both directly with the CEO AND work with all other tea
The Ads Manager must:
1. Maintain or reduce client’s weekly average lead costs and/or sales costs.
2. Prepare clients’ account status reports with 100 percent accuracy.
3. Manage clients’ ads according to our business’s ads management protocols with few to no mistakes w/o oversight from the CEO and also be able to meet performance targets.
4. Promptly escalate any client ad account issues to the CEO.
5. Proactively optimize & update clients’ ad accounts: ad creative, audiences, ad copy, and headlines.
6. Proactively create and maintain easy to understand standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks related to the ads manager role.
7. Keep clients’ ads project information up to date in our project management software (Asana).
8. Create biweekly ads reports and accurately include all client ad data according to the template.
9. Independently initiate and complete client onboarding responsibilities and communicate with the CEO to:
ensure clients are onboarded successfully:
– Clients’ analytics are set up and accurately report data.
– Clients’ ads management starts on schedule.
10. Complete ad hoc administrative tasks thoroughly, efficiently and on time.
11. Identify opportunities to make business systems more efficient, implement the solution and communicate with the rest of the team.
The AM is generally responsible for:
• Being the most knowledgeable tea

– Ad testing and optimization

– – Testing ad headlines

• Coordinating with the CEO and Admin VA in Asana to prepare client’s projects to run ads
• Prepare new client’s ad account ads
– Verifying that clients has the

– Setting up standard targeting audiences
• Prepare biweekly ads reports for all accounts they manage
• Managing SOPs related to the Ads Manager’s role and areas of responsibility
– Creating, maintaining and updating Ads Manager SOPs
Basically, your role as an ads manager is absolutely fundamental to continuing the growth of our business.
Requirements:
• 100% commitment to not waste client’s ad budget running ads that aren’t working
• Demonstrated proof of at least an upper-intermediate understanding
**Although you will receive training, you should already have LOTS of experience running
• Ultra attention to ads metrics details
• Ability to absorb a lot of ads data/metrics and make sound decisions
• Proactiveness to communicate ad account information to CEO
• Follow instructions and SOPs
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactively coordinate with other tea
• Willing to learn new skills (design, ads management, ai) and tech tools
• Ability to resourcefully solve problems
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Tech savvy + Google search literate (meaning you know your way around technology and can learn new things by Googling or watching YouTube videos.)

Since you will need to work efficiently on assigned tasks all by yourself or with little assistance, ideally you will have working knowledge of a few products in our tech stack. If not, we will use screen recordings, an onboarding document and Zoom calls to explain what needs to be done and how to do it.
However you MUST be willing to use Google and YouTube to learn the software required for your job. Your professional development is important to the success of the business, and we will purchase courses for you when needed.
You need to be able to use our complete tech stack proficiently within your first five weeks of working with us.
