Senior Operations Manager ( Remote )

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. This position will oversee all aspects of our company's operations it’s $42.20 per hour, including supply chain management, logistics, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Monitor and analyze operations performance and make recommendations for improvement
Manage the supply chain from vendor selection to product delivery
Oversee shipping and logistics, including inventory management and the distribution of products and supplies
Recruit, train, and manage a team of operations staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to determine production and inventory needs
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
Bachelor's degree in business, operations management or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and other related software
Experience with Lean principles and Six Sigma methodology preferred
